Has anyone contacted the Niagara Office via phone? Google shows this result: +1 888-242-2100. Is it better to raise a web form? We wish to request an earlier or later date for the oath. We still have to receive the formal email. Currently, we are scheduled for Aug 20.

It can range from the same day., to a few days, to a couple of weeks and rarely a month or more. It is a wait-and-see game

You should just read the book that IRCC prescribes and practice many free tests available on the web. In the end, if you follow what is suggested, the test is usually simple. A transcript from high school, college, or University will suffice if you have studied in Canada. Or from abroad, you...

It was me, I can see clear "Niagara" mentioned at the end of the email subject line when we were invited for citizenship test. maybe each office has its own way to formulate the subject line.
