I am in the same position. Background check completed since Feb and everything else in progress still. Haven’t been asked for finger prints either and no test invite.

Hi, I mailed my application for PR card renewal and citizenship on the same day. According to Canada post they were both delivered May 24th. I haven’t received any word on either of them yet.

I mailed my application to Sydney when I was still living in Canada but then I moved back to Scotland last summer. I believe all CEC applications are processed at the same visa office in Ottawa regardless.
