i am in the excel list for Aug 2020... Background check completed last Feb 26, 2021...

I received the test results via email... it says it is still temporary... i'm wondering when the dashboard would be updated (i.e. Test --> Completed)? I live in the Scarborough area btw ..

Took the online test last Sunday and passed... How long normally does it take to get the status updated to Complete?

I also got email last Jul 10 asking for a new set of photos for my son who arrived last May 4 2017. I couriered the new photos on Jul 13 and it arrived at the case processing centre on Jul 19. Up to now, I haven't received the card and no update from them. Normally what is the processing time...
