This is true that work experience is based on your education and by combining both Study and Work your NOC is made. Try your luck if you want but sincerly it doesn't work.

Just read Electronics Engineer NOC 2133 and compare your working experience with NOC 2281. If the required education for NOC 2281 is Electronics Engineer then go with NOC 2281.

It is not recommended to go for SINP, you had studied Electronics and working as in 2281.

Hi Bro, I recommend to proceed with NOC 2241, this NOC has no License requirements specifically for SINP EE or OID. Make sure that all your work experience letters relate similar job duties as mentioned for the NOC 2241. Thanks

I have received PPR in June 2019. They clearly state that submit all the passports in Riyadh Embassy via VFS. I am also from PAK, working in KSA. You have option to inform CIC London if there is any change but that will take more time and CIC will re-issue a letter for a different embassy. Good luck
