I was thinking the same thing. The additional Doc Request adds 2-3 months to our timeline.

I don't think that's what they do while maintenance. They probably apply bug fixes etc. PPRs and other stuff like updates would be normal day to day operation, but you never know how they operate. In any case, hopefully what you say comes true.:-)

No. I am Jan 15th. 16 Month mark hit today. No PPR yet, and BG is still N/A. What's yours?

I have no idea about that.

I have read many people getting PPR without BG changing to anything, and many people have their BG changed from N/A to something else, and it's been months and they are still in BG check. I guess it depends on individual cases, and more than anything on your country of origin.

At this point, I'm thinking that the 16 months is more of a rough estimate than an actual hard set timeline that they follow.

The new website is too problematic for me too. The only way i can get it to work is in an Incognito tab on chrome, and that's one time out of maybe 6 or 7 tries. I hope this gets stabilized soon.

I hope you are right about getting PPR without any change in BG. I am so eager for PPR now, I can't even tell you.
