Re: PCC from other country I don't think they will. Police clearance usually applies only if you have been in a country for more than 6 months (180 days).

Hi. My expiration date for the nomination letter was the same. April 2016. It just says on the letter that CIC must receive your completed documents before that. So as long as you mail in your stuff before that, you're good.
