In that case is better that your caregiver enter Canada with a Work Permit, and after some time working for you. She can just renew her work permit until she can apply for the permanent residence. I belive that this program will be a regular path instead of a pilot.

Why don't you hire someone already in Canada? There are a lot of people who can apply for a work permit inside Canada if you provide LMIA? The LMIA waiting time is around 1 month and 4 to 5 months for the Work Permit....

Educate yourself on the different immigration paths that Canada offers and apply to the program that better suits your immigration profile (Age, Education, English level, Work Experience, Funds). All the information is available online you just need to dig a little bit. Good Luck

This is what the guide says you need to include the degree and wes, hopefully, the officer just asks you to upload it later or consider the wes eca is enough. Try webform to upload it no guarantee they will update your application but is better to try I think.

The application says "must" submit separate fees...., probably for the application will be considered as overpayment and for work permit you won't have a fee... but be positive and leave everything in God hands now.

I did everything wrong today!. I wrongly apply to a different program. so I applied again, and set withdraw request for the first one. I wonder I finished the application at 2024/01/01 4:33 PM (UTC) how do I now that I made it!
