My Application was accepted in CPC Mississauga office on January 2nd 2014

I had applied from my Parents in 2014 and last friday (March 4th, 2016) have received letter from CPC-Mississauga that File is approved and forwarded to New Delhi. Any Idea as what is processing time in New Delhi Now. (There was no application since November 2011 to Dec 2013)
