Hello guys, It's been a couple of months since I last posted a thread on here. We just received a letter from the Philippines visa office that is handling our case (My husband is a citizen of South Korea). They are requesting for the updated Appendix A, Personal History, Right of Permanent...

We were told by our Immigration lawyer to enclose all criminal history (despite the fact that my husband's record had been sealed and did not show up on the FBI background check).

Hi guys, It seems that the only thing that is missing from our application is the Option C print out. I was just wondering how long it usually takes for one to receive this document. I sent a request for my Option C print out about two weeks ago but I still haven't received anything hmm...

Wow 16 months. I hope we can have his visitor's status extended with no problem. The reason why we opted for the Outland is because of the faster process and the fact that we have another shot at our case. I'm a worry-wort :(

I don't believe that he needs one as he left the country when he was a child. I'm just hoping that we can file an extension to his visitor's status. I'm just not sure how many times we can file for an extension though :(
