I used Red Seal as an Automotive Service Technician, NOC 7321, yet I was refused because I did not upload an ECA for my education back home. Which I thought was assessed and deemed okay when I challenged my Red Seal in 2014

Refused due to some ECA/Education misunderstanding on my part..or the visa officers. I'm going to call an IRCC agent Monday to get some clarification if I can, but I was worried about 10-30 days...90 sounds good.

Hey, whoever has answers CEC Inland Refused this morning and I'm yet to receive my refusal for bowp. Just wondering how long I have left, legally, in the country before I overstay my welcome. I'm struggling to find information on this. Hope you guys can help. Congrats to all PPR'S today.
