    Guys is there any particular reason why my "eligibility" shows "review in progress" even after 7 months of application submission? My background check has been "In progress" since the day I submitted my application. This is getting extremely frustrating.

    Actually I was thinking to do the same. However is it possible for me to apply being that I do not reside in Canada at the moment? Also I do not know how to apply for the notes and my "Consultants" are not exactly proactive or helpful for that matter. So I am stuck
