thanks guys to reply. I did not receive the AOR, I called CIC this morning and one said they received the mail but has't started the process. So how long I have to wait for AOR?

I used canada post and I sent to CPC MISSISSAUGA PO BOX 5040, L5A3A4 I used Xpress service , I though I asked the signature service, but :(, anyways, I will call CIC to see if they can find it.
