No, under family class spouse/partner apps, the only things they look for in the medical are contagious/dangerous diseases like tuberculosis and things like that. Any other condition will not matter to the application.

Carry a 3 month supply of the medication you need. That should give you enough time to find a doctor to prescribe them in Canada.
