As of I know, AOR2 means visa office confirms received your application. SA means sponsor approved by the Sydney office. I received both confirmations by letter to my email.

Doesn't sound like it's the OWP for spousal sponsorship. So your husband is not Canadian PR or citizen, right? The process is very different for family sponsorship (sponsoring family to get PR). It's better to post your question to foreign worker section.

No not yet, we're still gathering documents for spousal sponsorship.. that's why we're trying to apply for his TRV. His strong ties are only his job and savings in our home country.. I hope he will be approved so that he's with me during my labor and delivery..

If they are common law (i.e. have lived together for at least a year) - then they need to go the spousal sponsorship route. An H&C application won't be successful since he can be sponsored through spousal sponsorship.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office Yes upfront medicals are the must. Your family will have to undergo medicals. But I will suggest to get them done at the very end which means first get all the documentation ready an get them done just 1 week before filing the case.
