No updates.. still criminality processing and security not started !

My AOR is May 17, 2020. Criminality pending and security not started. I called CIC and they told me that the application is under processing. I asked them that it is more than 8 months but they don't have a definite answer. June and July applicants started getting COPR and it is so frustrating...

Hi, mine too it shows still processing for criminality and my security has not started. I think presently there are no specific timelines and it changes with application. My progress bar shows 100% still no progress.

I applied on August 2, 2020. got it approved on November 20, 2020. Aor is May 17.
