Try calling between 8am and 830am Toronto time. I get through after trying at this time for 2-3 days.

You check SPAM folder too right? If I were you, I would call and check, just in case. Hope you get your PPR soon!

GHOST UPDATE!!! It can mean something, it can mean nothing. Some people got PPR in a day or two after a ghost update and some people are still waiting. Not helpful I know :( Hang in there!

Will the whole family get rejected? My husband is the main applicant. I have work experience, but we didn't claim points for it. So I said "no" in the work experience section and declared everything in the LOE. Hope they wont reject me for that. I've been a freelancer for years, it would have...

1. The mail applicant get the PPR email for every one in the family? or 2. Each applicant get separate emails or 3. The email ID used when creating the express entry profile (not the same id used by main applicant)

I finally managed to get through to an agent. My status is: Medical Exam: Pass Eligibility: Met Criminality: Pass Security: Not yet started. Please can anyone tell me how long this might take?

I could have written a stand alone app in 5 mins that asked users to enter their AOR and produce this status bar result by adding 6 months. They didn’t have to mess with the login at all !! I can’t bloody login now !
