Hi Scorpman, When you say NA2, do you mean that in the order shown here (NA --> IP1-->NA2-->IP2-->PPR), he/she is at NA2. How long does it take from NA2 to PPR?

Hello everyone, I recently got my FBI PCC and I have one question about it. My PCC is black &white except the seal on top left which is color. Is the seal supposed to be color or black&white? I know it is a silly question but I am wondering if I got the wrong format PCC.
