Cant say for sure but if you are so worried it, send them a letter explaining that you made a mistake while filling up the questionnaire through the webform. That is all you can do at the moment. Be positive and hope for the best.

I was referring to them mentioning about AIP being only applicable to those programs starting in 2020.

According to this webinar they clearly mentioned that AIP is only for the programs starting in 2020. As for 2021 the process will be like before where it is just one step process.

If you have a valid visa and approval for student permit plus your DLI in the approved list. Then you can travel anytime you prefer, though i would suggest you to go if your DLI has started regular classes which can be attended in person.
