3 months waiting for COPR, IRCC has been of no help, someone please help

Been waiting 4 months since everything changed to completed and we have had no real answer as to what is happening and still no CoPR, can anyone take a look at my sig and tell me if they know what's going on

Applied january 2023, no COPR yet after being in portal since June and having COPR number since end of April.

I've been waiting for eCOPR for nearly 4 months now with access to the portal. This is ridiculous.

Never shown up for us, but MP confirmed app is done and approved
