No, no. His application IS out-land. In-land is too long of a wait so we applied out-land and were going to go to Turkey together to get his visa. BUT his father is having a MAJOR surgery and he needs to be there for it... so we are going to the lawyer today to see the implications...

I know a few people who've done this. Best thing to do is call the people who work at the border (US side). They should be able to answer your questions.

Does anyone know how long it may set back an application if someone changes their address??

If we do have to wait around 90 days, that brings us to the end of February and beginning of March (for you and I). So looking at it that way, it is not that far away but I thought for sure they would start sending out PPT requests like this week :(
