so why the application's AOR are so haphazard. does not make sense. Why there is AOR for one that is 12:40 and then not 12:14. I think some of the officers that has been assigned some files has gone on vacation. otherwise does not make sense since it has been received chronologically. Imagine...

You have to probably upload a document for French similar to ielts.

There is a portal for paying. Pay the remaining fees there, submit a webform and attach the receipt and explain. They might accept.
