Montreal VO here. Jan 25 AOR. No update since March. Eligibility and security not started. Criminality in progress.

You need to be inside Canada or know someone who is a PR in Canada. I know no one who is a PR and I reside in US so this isn't gonna work for me. This website actually provides great service, reaching out to the officials in case of delay, so I don't mind using them again.

People find out their visa office either by calling CIC, or raising a web form. You can also find out your visa office if you ordered GCMS notes which should usually take around 30 days. There are some visa offices which are known to process cases faster than others, that's one reason people...

My case is being processed there. Montreal is notorious for slow processing of cases. :(

Question for the people who received their PPRs. Did you all get ghost updates before getting the PPR email? I was wondering about this coz I have 14 days left in my timeline, and I have never gotten a ghost update.

You are exactly right. Called CIC today. Found out my file hasn't been touched ever since being transferred to Montreal VO in March. Eligibility, Criminality, Background everything is in process. I have 23 days remaining now.

I wish it was true for me. Residing in US file in Montreal. They haven't touched my file since March.
