KFH: we have the tracking number from VFS, we can check it online. You sent it through FedEx right? Do you have a tracking number? You should be able to check it through that.

Our ECAS changed to Decision made on the 8th and the passport was released from SVO this morning but we still haven't recieved any letter or information on what the decision is. We sent it through VFS in Dhaka. Hopefully you will hear something soon!!

Me too but I am sponsoring my spouse from Bangladesh and Singapore seems to be taking long these days. Did you check out the singapore timeline? We applied in April 2012 and got the ppr in March 2013 but it's been 2 months and we still havent heard back from them yet.
