I thought they don't look records older than 5 years from the date of citizen application as the major requirement is to stay in Canada for at least 3 years within the last 5 year period from the date of citizenship application. How you still have PR card valid if you did soft landing in 2018...

Definitely agree. SCR has been consitently fast. Montreal is quick for some and bit slower for others. Still pretty good. I havent compared the time between LPP completion and Oath. The one case i saw , it was within a week.

Not sure, but I highly believe the grant DF thing stands for last check by a more senior officer and those who are stuck are awaiting a final review by one of those officers, BUT all of this is a speculation and just thoughts from what I observed.
