Your Next is your ceremony should change to "In Progress" on the Tracker and it should show the ceremony date. After that, you just wait for IRCC to email you the detailed instruction for the ceremony.

The agent lied to you then. They can tell what dates the LPP completed. Thats odd that he didnt give you the date. Try to request GCMS notes to find out because some agents are not reliable.

LPP finally fully complete on Sept 10. Physical and prohibitions completed both on Sept 10. Scarborough office was a blessing, they are pretty quick.
