So i can withdraw my previous application right then start the application all over again and check about 5times before hitting submit? I can include every mail I received from the first and 2nd application

I got rejected then reapplied almost immediately but I somehow missed a document leading to an incomplete application for Ontario. can I reapply ?

it wasn’t clearly stated “Your express entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for entry at this “ No particular reason But I’m kinda sure it’s the mistake I made about work experience I’m kinda guessing that is it ..me not putting a NOC code .
