No -I am a UK resident and citizen who lived in US as a permanent resident 12 years ago.....

I am a UK citizen but lived in the US for three years. Is there any quick way to get the FBI checks done and should I just send in my paperwork minus the FBI check?

Has anybody used UK Fingerprints in the UK to get their fingerprints for the FBI. Are they bona fide? Or does anyone have any other recommendations?
