When did you submit your application for spousal sponsorship? Also, was it inland or outland??

I got the rejection on the new portal with the same reason. I too, am having spousal sponsorship in process and cannot seem to understand the reason.

My Passport summited on Feb1st, received at IRCC Delhi Feb5th and just dispatched from IRCC after stamping. Feb 22nd. For my spousal sponsorship as a Canadian citizen.

Able to link an inland spousal sponsorship application to GCkey, and also able to see a file number but no AOR email yet, what could it mean?

Spousal sponsorship- Outland All section completed on October 6th, pre arrival on Oct 6 as well. No COPr number, no decision made. Anyone knows what this means?
