Hello Folks, I am going to submit my spousal application (Inland) next month. Its mentioned in the CIC website that applicant under spousal sponsorship cant re-enter canada if they leave out of country. I already have TRV up to 2019. Please let me know what does it means. Thanks

No. You both have to be in Canada and have to apply for spousal sponsorship using the inland process in order to qualify for an OWP. Since you applied outland, your spouse does not qualify for an OWP.
