    Is there any requirement of hard copy of the WES evaluation report? Will a pdf version do?

    Is the WES evaluation report physical copy required? If it is only used for scanning/uploading, why won't a soft copy just do? I received the physical copy on my US address but i came back from US before receiving it. Thanks, Abhay
