Hi All, I am a PR holder and got married 2 years ago, due to some personal reasons I had to stay back in India. Also, we had a baby so she'll be the dependent. My question is whether I have to be in Canada to Sponsor my spouse and kid? Or Can I apply from India so that we can travel together.
