We could of had a appointment the next day!! But waited around one week as work commitments ect. London has so many places to go for a medical, very easy to get a appointment within 24 hours. Booked the biometrics for Monday also.

Hi, we didn't apply via cat B. We received a NOI from NS and was invited to apply for labour market priorities stream. You can't apply without a NOI. Maybe if you search the opening times on the live PNP tracker for that category. Good luck.
