I'm a little worry about folding the paper. Someone told me that I should not fold it but I think what he meant was the "hard paper" (the one that they use for fingerprinting at the police station) not soft printing paper that I use.

My question is I printed out the form FD-258 from FBI website on normal printing paper (soft paper) and did all the fingerprinting corretly. However, when I send it to FBI CJIS Division I fold it three folds as normal letter. Is it OK to fold that form?
