    yes I do agree that they should follow a system of first-cum-first serve rather than lottery system

    I submitted my application on 22nd november to CHC Delhi and received my visa on 6th december it took 11 working days. So don't worry Maherd you will receive your visa within a day or two since CHC CHD nowadays processes faster than CHC Delhi
