Not a problem at all. But all the visas I have seen from my region were either issued at Chandigarh or New Delhi. I am unsure why I was an exception.

I collected my passport today with TRV counterfoil on it and to my surprise it says that place of issue is CPC-Ottawa. Do you guys have any clue into why this might have been the case? My country of origin is India and I had applied online.
