Are you living in Canada and filled Canada as the place of current residence in both applications (PR and BOWP)? If so I guess this should be a refusal in error. Raise a webform or re-apply as soon as possible if your current status is about to expire.

WTF is wrong with IRCC. I received my CoPR on March 18th and the expiry was May 27th. I kept asking them if I'm eligible for an alternate validation method. when I applied for my BOWP, I did not upload the receipt separately. the confirmation of receipt is the proof that you have paid it.

Assuming you were not Mathew'd, It can be review required for your eligibility or the final review. Hope it is the latter and you get ppr soon

If u have applied PR and u have AOR number u can get bridging open work permit till u dont get PR. Check on internet u will find how to do that. And u dont need an employer for that.
