As of I know, AOR2 means visa office confirms received your application. SA means sponsor approved by the Sydney office. I received both confirmations by letter to my email.

Doesn't sound like it's the OWP for spousal sponsorship. So your husband is not Canadian PR or citizen, right? The process is very different for family sponsorship (sponsoring family to get PR). It's better to post your question to foreign worker section.

If they are common law (i.e. have lived together for at least a year) - then they need to go the spousal sponsorship route. An H&C application won't be successful since he can be sponsored through spousal sponsorship.

Hi Zeerus, oo married ang status. Dito kase sa Pinas required ang Cenomar bago makakuha ng Marriage License so kasama yun sa mga submitted ko. As proof din na wala kameng pinakasalan na iba before our marriage. Good luck! God bless sa inyo!
