I called them... They sent me the "emedical tracking sheet" now which states the medical exams are completed and it has my photo in it.

The tracking sheet and the information both are from emedical... I went to another state to do the medical checkup...it is so tough for me to go back again! I contacted them and they said this is perfectly fine. I am so confused now :(

Hi... the e-medical information sheet that I received after medical checkup do not have my photo and it says "No photo available" . They clicked my picture but it is not there on the sheet that they gave me.Would that be a problem?

Hi... I am in this exact situation. I do not have photo or issue date on my emedical report. Did you use the above mentioned report? Could you please let me know whether they accepted it. Your reply would help me to a great extend.

okay :) Their official website says - If you have more money, you should list the full amount in your profile or application. This is what I am worried about. Does it mean that we have to mention the total account balance ?
