when I applied for my BOWP, I did not upload the receipt separately. the confirmation of receipt is the proof that you have paid it.

Assuming you were not Mathew'd, It can be review required for your eligibility or the final review. Hope it is the latter and you get ppr soon

If u have applied PR and u have AOR number u can get bridging open work permit till u dont get PR. Check on internet u will find how to do that. And u dont need an employer for that.
