@ Ladyjhen I have some hours that are less than 80 hours and I also have more than 80 hours. If I exceed over 80 hours or 8 hrs per day they paid me for the overtime. If you have overtime agreements send it together with your pay stubs when they ask for it.

God is good all the time!!! I receive my nomination approval and package today. Thank you for all your inputs!!. The letter was dated May26, 2011, it was mailed last June 14, 2011 and receive today June 30, 2011. Thank you guys.!!

Updates: my employer received an email from AINP asking for additional information such as confirmation of employment, retention plan, paystubs, copy of new lmo, new contract.

I've already asked my employer regarding the minimum required hours and he started to give me that but minus the 30 minutes break so It's just 75 hours per payday. I've been in their company since may 2009 but it's only when I've filed my nomination that he gave me the full time hours.

Hi! I've send my AINP application last September 20 and received my file number last October 21, 2010 via email. I am a kitchen helper.

I am a kitchen helper here in Alberta.My employer nominated me but I didn`t file my application yet. If i may ask did you submit a bank statement for proof of funds. I don`t have enough money and he is wiling to support me and agreed to loaned me the amount of money that I need.
