ya u can stay wid ur spouse during the process, but it depends if ur a pr or citizen i have been living with my spouse for last 3.5 yrs, in india, and for ur 2nd question about visa it depends on te expiry date if the visa. that will all depend on medical expiry and all.. gud luk my friend
