I think here when he/she mentioned new COPR he/she meant new counterfoil numbers updated in the profile, not a new CoPR (physical Hard Copy). If that is the case,,,,they must travel before EXPIRATION DATE OF AL: 16-FEB-2021 . @mandeepamitykca @crackMBA Correct me if I am wrong!

I am on the same boat...counterfoils updated on 15-Dec,,,no AL/PPR yet!

I got it done from CMM, Hyderabad. In my case, I got IMM forms from CIC so they uploaded my report from their end.

Same like yours (received via online account),,,as far as the time line is concerned my profile status changed from "Approved" to "Action Required" on 09-Nov and changed back to "Approved" on 16-Dec (37 days). Not yet received the AL! Hope this helps with some timeline analysis,,, Good luck :)
