It can take a month or two but you dont need it as long as immigration sent you an approval letter. That letter can be used for applying for jobs/keeping current jobs. Im in the same situation

I have a full time job online that goes with me wherever I go. I am also in a full time bachelors degree which is fully online as well. For me finding job or school is not the problem, IRCC/IRB is. I just want to make sure changing province wouldn’t delay my PR or idk maybe make it faster lol?

The child can only help once they turn 18 and legally sponsor you. Till then you have to complete the refugee claim or if you get married then maybe it might be different. Talk to a lawyer
