you can change however you have to inform BC PNP and IRCC about it (if you are the principal applicant on the file). It will all be mentioned on your conditions of nomination letter.

no, I did when they asked for it. I don’t even understand why people do upfront? It simply complicates things in my opinion. I did my Medicals when they asked for it and the clinic sent it to IRCC in 2 days. Within 6 days IRCC confirmed we had passed our medicals.
