Hi I am on EI paternal benefit and now it is going to exhaust soon. I came to my home country India with my child and with the permission of EI team. But now I am stuck here because the visa is getting delayed for my minor . Do I need to inform EI team about my situation? TIA

I believe that you have selected visitor visa( outside Canada) when you have applied from US . My apologies for so many queries but I have applied for my minor in June 23 and still it is in progress .

I have WP before birth as well and I am working in Canada from last year . Now I am on paternal leaves . So came to India and now I need TRV for minor .

There was no previous refusal for the application. And raised a webform but no response.
