I think you’ve misunderstood me, let me try to explain better. On February 10th my tracker updated to (Final Decision) before this when I usually call IRCC information line right after I put in the correct prompts it usually would give a recording of the status of the application, right after it’d ask you if you wanted to speak to an agent or hang up, at that point I would still connect with an agent etc…
Since the update changed whenever I call IRCC now it just says ‘transferring your call to an agent’ instead of reading out the application status. When connected with an agent they said the application is still being processed the final decision hasn’t been made I just need to wait on the officer to reach out. I’ve only called twice between then and now. I don’t other to call to much because the call centres don’t always give accurate information. Upon reading this forum and many other immigration sites this happens when ann application has been approved according to what others have posted throughout their experience … keeping my fingers crossed and you should too as well.
