My friend plans to apply for a Canada visit visa while residing in the United States. He is presently in stem OPT status and is searching for a job. What is the probability of his visa being approved?
Depends on many things like funds, ties to the US, length left on visa, reason & length of visit, country of origin, previous international travel history, etc. Not ideal to apply without a job but assume if they had a job may also be more difficult to travel.
