Does your H&C say AIP or final approval? Did CBSA not indicate whether you’d be processed for PR under H&C or the PPRA? I just assumed it would be H&C.
She said your prra was approved and hnc is approved in principle. But now I read the document she made me sign and it says “your prra file has been closed”. So now I’m confused and I can understand from that that I HAVE to apply by hnc. Can I keep doing the process by myself or has a lawyer to do that. Thank you so much everyone for their good wishes, I pray everyone here also gets a positive result
And the best on this life!

You’ve already applied for H&C based on your previous posts and you appear to have already received AIP. The bad news is that it may still be many months before you actually receive eCOPR since there is a queue of people waiting for stage 2. You do qualify for a WP if you don’t have one and may qualify for provincial healthcare depending on the province. It doesn’t appear as you have to do anything but wait.

And you can get your passport as well from CBSA.

I have a valid work permit! they just gave it to me last month. No bad news at all when I don't have CBSA on my back anymore! Thank God! Thank you so much, Canuck for all the input as always!

Do you if you get AIP and your backhome passport, can you travel while you are waiting for ecopr?

Having AIP, you can apply for WP.
Having WP, you can apply for canadian visa to get back.

So...
Technically you can leave but you have just argued that you need to be in Canada for H&C reasons so if you leave that could come into question. You can also always be denied entry at any point even with a WP. AIP does not guarantee PR so you would be taking a huge risk by leaving before you received it. Up to you to decide your risk tolerance.

Hello all,
We just received a letter that my husband’s H&C application has been AIP? And that we need to do a medical and submit a few documents within 30 days… does this mean he will get his PR?

Thank you for any reply!

App status: in blank doesn't mention nothing
app status reason: information required

I didn't received any response from them asking any information any suggestions what this means

I am a single mother, I came to Canada in 2020, with my three kids, I filed a case refugee my application was rejected, then I appealed, then my appeal was also rejected, then I applied for the H&C humanitarian and compassionnate in January 2023, no response yet, in June 2023 I applied for a PRRA, Pre-Risk Removal Assistant, recently, it was rejected, now I am applying for a PRRA appeal. It’s been 5 years, I don’t know what to do I am so upset H&C decision when it will come.
