What are the requirements to apply for visit visa from pakistan. Is it good if I have invitation from my brother in law .what is success ratio of acceptance.

No one can tell you acceptance. Google - IRCC visitor visa and read through the requirements. A letter is nice but most imporant is your own funds (cash), ties to return, and travel history. Why not sister? Ties to return are spouse/children, business, income property and job letter with approved leave.
The invitation letter is helpful if crafted professionally. The acceptance depends on what documents you attach. You need to show strong proofs of ties to back home like your job letter, pay slips, properties owned, bank statements etc.
The success ratio is all dependent on if you can show you’ll leave the country and that you’re not coming to stay
Your brother in law invitation is that just an invitation. It’s not a guarantee you’ll get approved .
Show money that you can afford the trip, show you’ve travelled to other countries such as the uk USA Australia NZ , show that you have a job to return too . Show TIES to your country

I have 3 children and all are under 5 the smallest one is 2 months old .if I leave my two children and husband pakistan. is it a good ties to return back.and how much statement should I show in my profile .
How long is visit? How much in cash do you have in the bank? How much does spouse have? Purpose of visit? Show job letter with approved leave as well.
At least 6 months if possible. 13k dollar I have. How much should I increase my amount . My spouse have no enough closing balance but transactions are good .my nephew has psychological issue so doctor advised him to meet his cousins .he 12 years old . Ratio of accpetance of apply with family of 5
You said you are leaving 2 of your 3 children and husband. 13k may be just enough for 1 person for 2 weeks. 6 months shows no ties to return as it seems you are going to care for nephew. Why did doctor advise to meet cousins but not taking them. The plan of care is to meet you? Makes no sense. If all going then around $10k per person for 2 weeks. How can you get 6 months off from your job? High refusal with current plan, little funds, no ties to return, no travel history, and strange reasons to travel.

No one can tell you the ratio of acceptance. You should ask for a 3 week trip. Six months is too long and will make IRCC concerned you have plans on remaining in Canada long term.
