So that would indicate that the application is still under review as a whole when ADR is sent and they keep asking when they move to a new section of application. Ah well.
Yes they will ask any number of times till eligibility completes.
Final post sharing my journey with full of ups and downs. Thank you so much to everyone for posting your timeline, really appreciated.

BIL: 29th Oct 2024
Biometrics: 4th Nov Completed and Updated
Medical: 5th Nov Passed
Eligibility: In progress since around 10th Nov 2024
Background : In progress since 6th Nov. 2024
Talked to agent on 9th dec. 2024, got to know about following:
PVO: Vancouver
SVO: Sydney NS
He said only 2 steps left,
Eligibility is Review Required and Background check is left rest everything is passed.
December 13 : PFL for Foreign Work experience unable to verify.
December 18 : Submitted response by RCIC with all the documents related to employer.
FD: Jan. 8 2025
P1 : Jan. 9 2025, submitted 10th Jan.
P2 : Jan. 14 2025
Called IRCC for update : 19 March 2025. Agent put note since exceeded 60 days.
eCOPR : 25th March 2025.
Have a faith in god and stay positive. Have patience and believe in hard work, it definitely pays off in some or the other way.

How do you get dates for Eligibility and Background? I believe mine is showing in progress since more than 4 months now. I have spoken twice to the customer care, but neither of them talked about expediting my application. They only asked me have patience. It's been 7 months since my AOR.
You have to keep eye on tracker portal when eligibility and background changes to "in progress". Keep checking current processing time for CEC and PNP depending on that your timeline is matched if processing time is 8 months then you are still within processing time. So please check it and if you call agent ask them that what else is left on your file to be processed. Soon you can expect FD followed by P1 if approved.
Expediting only works if you already got FD, P1 and P2 , you are just waiting for eCOPR more than 2 months. They can put note for visa officer to expedite the virtual landing process.

Spouse outland in UK, I received information letter with FD in my name and it looked like passport request for me, my spouse name or her UCI was not mentioned in that letter therefore I send a webform on April 4th to confirm.
Waiting for my P1
Tracker showed everything completed on April 4th.

so bud your eligibilty and background check went completed from in progress on april 3 and u received FD? U know my timeline is same as yours but after adr reciew on feb 10 no update for me.

April 3 in gc key i got upadate
